Mission Statement

The mission of The Foundation for Educational and Employment Resources Development (EERD) is to provide educational, employment and empowerment opportunities to at-risk and marginalized individuals or groups in the Oxnard plains area, with professional and community-collaborative supportive programs that enhance the lives of the participants and help the community.

The Rudy F. Acuna Gallery and Cultural Arts Center

The Café on A is an educational, community art and cultural center dedicated to promoting communication, awareness and community by honoring the inherent need of giving and sharing our creative instincts. We offer a wide variety of cultural art programs for all ages: youth, young adults and seniors, focused on building and promoting a sustainable, vibrant community sensitive to the creative instincts in us all.
